Accompanied by the Executive Council of the Northern Cape Province including the MEC of the Northern Cape Department of Economic Development & Tourism, Mr MM Lekwene.

OCGems Chief Operations Officer, Mr DM Ratsoma led the tour.

The purpose of the visit was for the Executive to gain insight and understanding of the two institutions(Kimberley International Diamond and Jewellery Academy & Kimberley Diamond Jewellery Incubator) and their roles within the Province as it pertains to skills development and job creation.
